Welcome to Wildness Wellbeing
A clinic that supports your whole family’s wellbeing.

As a passionate naturopath and mum of two young children, I am committed to helping families address and work through their heath challenges with a considerate and empathetic approach.

I understand what it’s like to be in a world where the hustle & bustle doesn’t stop and making room for number #1 can feel like an enormous challenge…

I am a root-cause detective

on a mission

to improve your quality of life.

ABOUT ME

I support families from pre-conception, through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. I have a keen interest in helping women and mothers feel their best and navigate challenges such as exhaustion, postnatal depletion, weight-gain, anxiety, mood and sleep as well as menstrual conditions including endometriosis, PCOS, recurrent miscarriage and infertility.

I compassionately help families navigate the turbulent time of childhood. From early childhood, navigating all of the “firsts” to common conditions such as eczema, asthma, gastrointestinal conditions, food intolerances, allergies, anxiety and behavioural concerns, with my training in children’s health.

My personal experience as an unwell 15 year old in medical waiting rooms inspired her search for “something more” propelled me into Naturopathy.

My experience in the private hospital system with my first child thrusted me again into finding that “something else” when it came to natural pregnancy, birth and a supported postpartum, which I then achieved with her second child. With these experiences and further education in the birth systems of Australia, I aim to empower and support families to have informed and nourishing pregnancies, births and postpartum experiences.

My treatment approach incorporates realistic, maintainable lifestyle and dietary recommendations paired with nutritional and herbal supplementation to achieve overall improved wellbeing and long-term results. I tailor my treatment plans to meet the individual needs of my clients. I am immensely grateful to contribute to the well-being of the Wildness Wellbeing community.
