During this consultation we go over a detailed medical, lifestyle and dietary history and address any further testing that needs to be done to better understand your symptom picture and better understand the underlying driving causes of your state of health.

During this consultation we go over a detailed medical, lifestyle and dietary history and address any further testing that needs to be done to better understand your symptom picture and better understand the underlying driving causes of your state of health for both parent and one child.

Follow up care involves the delivery of testing results, treatment plan and health literacy/education. Each follow up appointment will include a review of your current symptom picture and there may be recommendations for further testing if we need more information to understand the driving factors of your state of health and thus improve your treatment and health outcomes.
Health goals are reviewed at each return consultation as we address different elements of your wellbeing to bring you into an optimal state of health.
Return consultations are recommended 4-6 weeks during active stages of treatment and 8-12 weeks for maintenance phase of treatment.

40 minutes

Online consultations are conducted via a secure, confidential platform. You will receive a link to access the consultation. Please ensure you have a good internet connection, quiet and private space. I then send your testing request forms, treatment plan and product invoice up to 1 business day after the consultation.
Herbal medicines and supplements are an additional cost. Naturopathic treatment often requires herbs and supplements to fast track the body systems into change.
The amount that you will be prescribed will be dependent on your clinical presentation. Generally, these products will be delivered to your door via an online dispensary.
The cost of supplements can feel large, I endeavour to be as therapeutically effective as I can to have quick and effective results longterm. Sometimes we need to use more therapeutic products in the beginning of treatment to decrease your recovery time and reduce the number of total appointments.
When provided with 48 hours notice, your appointment will be rescheduled. If you cancel within 48 hours or miss your appointment, the full fee will be unfortunately forfeited. Please plan ahead to avoid disappointment
Unfortunately, since April 2019, Naturopathy is currently not covered by private health insurance.
This is currently being reviewed by the government and is very possibly coming into effect in 2026, watch this space!
